Hope Consulting Services
Hope Consulting Services was launched in October 2002 to offer professional development and coaching to local Christian non-profit organizations. In the summer of 2003 Hope Consulting expanded its services to offer assistance to churches since ministers and church staffs face many of the same challenges as Christian non-profits.
Mission Statement: To strengthen the non-profit organization by developing staff and board personally and organizationally so resources are used effectively to serve the community.
Goals:
- To provide customized professional development resources to non-profits
- To maximize capabilities of staff through a learning environment
- To foster high quality performance of both the organization and its staff
- To equip the organization to make maximum use of its resources
Services Offered:
Work begins with a thorough assessment of the client’s needs. Services which are selected to meet those needs can be delivered in a group setting, or through individual coaching. Some of the services offered are:
